        "content": "## Appointment reminder calls\nYour sheet needs the columns **Name**, **Phone** (with the country code), **Date** (YYYY-MM-DD) and **Time**.\n\n### Set up\n1. Open each Vobiz node and pick your **Vobiz** credential.\n2. In **Read appointments**, connect Google Sheets and choose your sheet.\n3. Open **Answer the call**, then **Webhook URLs** → **Production URL**, and copy it into **Answer URL** on the node that makes the call.\n4. In the node that makes the call, choose your **From Number**.\n5. **Publish** the workflow.\n\n**Calls are real and billed to your Vobiz account.** Test with your own number first.",
