        "content": "## Alert escalation calls\nYour monitoring tool sends `{\"message\": \"...\"}` to **Alert received**. If the on-call engineer doesn't answer, the backup is called.\n\n### Set up\n1. Open each Vobiz node and pick your **Vobiz** credential.\n2. Open **Answer the call**, then **Webhook URLs** → **Production URL**, and copy it into **Answer URL** on the node that makes the call. Do this for both call nodes.\n3. Choose the **From Number** in both call nodes.\n4. Put the on-call number in **Call the on-call engineer** → **To**, and its last 10 digits in **On-call did not answer?** in place of XXXXXXXXXX.\n5. Put the backup number in **Call the backup engineer** → **To**.\n6. **Publish** the workflow.\n\n**Calls are real and billed to your Vobiz account.** Test with your own number first.",
