        "content": "## Customer onboarding with KYC\nCreates a customer sub-account from the form and emails them the Vobiz KYC page. When they pass, it gives them one of your numbers and emails your team. Use your **main account** credential (`MA_…`).\n\n### Set up\n1. Open each Vobiz node and pick your **Vobiz** credential.\n2. Open **KYC completed** and copy its **Production URL** into **Email the KYC link** → **Options** → **Webhook URL**.\n3. Pick the business type in **Create the sub-account**, and the number to give in **Give them a number**.\n4. In **Tell your team**, connect Gmail and put your address in **To**.\n5. **Publish** the workflow.\n6. Share the **Production URL** of **Customer sign-up form**.",
